LA can't seem to get out of this cold weather rut!

Temperature still seems to be cold and dropping this week in LA and so are those hemlines. For a "sexy yet classy look," try putting together jackets and neck scarves. You can go for two looks. One, a little more fitted, with some skinny jeans or leggings and a flowy top. Two, you can have those skinnies with a fitted top and blazer, or a lose fitted jacket. Remember, always add those big tote bags/clutches. Be sure to add those accessories, and of course, like I always say, add those heels!
